It was a great night at The Mansion On Turner Hill in Ipswich for a fantastic wedding. As a Massachusetts wedding band, that works alot at the fine hotels of downtown Boston, it's great to get to the North Shore of Ma. If you are ever looking for a top notch, charming mansion for your event, I would like to personally reccomend the Mansion On Turner Hill! From the minute the party started, the Bride and Groom were having a ball! The wedding party started in the main room for cocktail hour, which spilled over to various smaller rooms. Drinks were flowing in time for dinner, which featured some fantastic food by Vinwood Caterers. The Superband had the guests in a dancing frenzy throughout the night with some club remixes and their down home classic funk. Kelly and Patricks Newport wedding was awesome! Isn't that what they say, a picture speaks a thousand words? Our friend Stuart at Belle Mer did another amazing job with the event, absolutely flawless...The Superband rocked it all night, with an add-on horn section. At some point during the night, the bride and a few of her friends took the stage and rocked it like American Idol! Later, Patrick and his buddies joined the band for a great version of "Satisfaction" By The Rolling Stones. Another great Belle Mer Wedding! Thanks Kelly and Patrick!

Bounce Rocks The Wedding of The Century
95 degrees, 8 sound systems, 2 tents, 2 vintage cars, and 1 indoor pool...and two great Siman Entertainment groups! A destination wedding from a lovely couple from Los Angeles, this was to be the wedding of the century! Dinner was under the stars in a clear tent with wooden tables, flowers, and decor (by Stone Blossom) that transported us to the rustic village of Tuscany. Amazing food was provided by none other than the exceptional Morins, best in the East Coast! The ReMix Jazz Trio kept it upbeat, with instrumental versions of "With Or Without You" by U2 and "I Will Posess Your Heart" by Death Cab For Cutie. Upbeat dance music was performed by Bounce! and was held in a gorgeous tent decorated with lounge-style lighting, a hardwood dancefloor, and hip sofas. The Bride and Groom preferred modern club music, and Bounce performed some of their own remixed versions of some great modern club songs. Two favorites were a unique version of Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb" by the Scissor Sisters, and a buoyant rendition "Such Great Heights" by The Postal Service which had the crowd on its feet!

The Superband and The Remix Concept were recommended by Alexis of Weddings By Alexis to perform at Dwight and Yana's modern, dance club-infused modern wedding bash at Belle Mer in Newport. Both bride and groom had discerning musical tastes and really wanted to create a "non-wedding" "nightclub" lounge/dance party. Cocktail grooves were provided by The ReMix Concept playing jazzy versions of With Or Without You, Sexy Back, and Chasing Cars, which fit the low-light lounge vibe of The Belle Mer. The dinner backdrop was performed by The Superband, which did a very cool remix of the song ABBA's "Dancing Queen", which sounded so chill and groovy. Later on, during the European Dance Club segment, the band segued between hits by dance-club sensations Brazlian Girls, 80's artists Blondie, and Russian dance artists. Though the songs weren't included on their playlist, The Superband customized them for the event, per client request. Throughout it all, energetic photographer Eric Laurits, didn't miss a beat, and captured the band in an inspired performance!
